Soundways Inc. ("we," "us," "our") collects and processes only the minimum data needed to support the Soundways Internal Metrics Tool ("the Software") for internal reporting. This policy describes what we collect, why, and how we safeguard it.

Data We CollectQuickBooks Metrics: Aggregated financial metrics (e.g., MRR, subscriber counts) pulled via the QuickBooks Online API.System Logs: Date/time stamps of each data pull and any error messages for troubleshooting.We do not collect: personally identifiable information (PII) about individual users, end‐customer personal data, or any data beyond what's required for internal metrics.
3. Use of Data
The data is used exclusively for:Monitoring subscription and revenue trendsPopulating internal dashboardsAlerting on significant deviations (e.g., spikes in churn)
